Privacy policy
WeddingNewsletter.com is a small publisher of free wedding guides. This page explains, in plain language, what data the site does and does not collect, how advertising and cookies work here, and the choices you have.
No accounts, no forms
You do not need an account to read anything on this site, and there is nothing to sign up for. We do not run contact forms, comment sections, or email sign-up boxes that collect your personal details. You can read every guide here without giving us any information about yourself.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These may record things such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is routine technical data used to keep the site running securely and to diagnose problems. We do not use it to build profiles of individual readers.
Advertising and cookies
This site is supported by advertising. We serve ads through Google AdSense, and third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This means you may see personalized ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to show you ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
You can control how these ads are personalized, or opt out of personalized advertising entirely, through Google's ads settings at google.com/settings/ads. Many browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop you from reading anything on this site.
Affiliate links
Some guides on this site contain affiliate links to Amazon. WeddingNewsletter.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. If you click one of these links and make a qualifying purchase, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked with a disclosure where they appear, and clicking one takes you to Amazon, whose own privacy notice applies from that point on. We only link to the kinds of products a guide is already discussing — no one pays us to recommend specific products.
Analytics
We may use basic, aggregate analytics to understand which guides are read most often — for example, overall page-view counts and general traffic trends. This information is looked at in aggregate to improve the guides. We do not attempt to identify individual readers.
Email contact
If you email us at [email protected], we receive your message and your email address so we can reply. We use what you send only to respond to you, and we do not add you to any mailing list or share your message with anyone else. If you would rather not email, the contact page explains what to expect when you reach out.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults planning weddings. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes or as advertising and analytics practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version. This policy works alongside our terms of use.
Effective date: July 11, 2026.
